Q: Why didn't my discount code work?
A: Please make sure you entered it correctly. If it still doesn't work, it may have expired. Email us at support@twistedswag.com and depending on the circumstances we will most likely issue you another one free of charge.
Q: What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?
A: If you receive a damaged or defective item, email support@twistedswag.com
with a photo and your order number and we’ll happily take care of you.
Q: Will I be charged tax?
A: We are required to collect sales tax for the state of Arizona only.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: If you live close to our printing facility in Phoenix, Arizona, please, by all means, stop by and see us! We would love to meet you.
Q: If I pick up locally, will I still charged for shipping?
A: No. Just select “In-Store Pickup” when you're placing your order under the shipping section.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
